REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

 

- Trainee Application Form (sent in the attachment)

- Student Pilot License Application Form (sent in the attachment)

- Medical Fitness Report Class 1 (from a hospital approved by DGCA-TR)

- Judicial Record & Previous Conviction Document (Ministry of Justice from own country)

- Copy of ID ,photocopy of passport (first and last pages)

- Residence Permission Document (From police centre-foreigners division)

- Photocopy Certificate of Graduation or Diploma and its Turkish translation(should be translated and notarised)

- Equivalent certificate of the diploma from Provincial Directorate for National Education.

- 24 Passport-Size Photograph

- Bank receipt for medical Certificate and Pilot license

- Procuration ( sample should be taken to notery, is sent in the other attachment)

- Healt Insurance (From Turkey, it must be private insurance)

- Tax number (From Turkey)
